  • HOW DO YOU MATCH CAREGIVERS WITH FAMILIES AND THEIR SPECIFIC NEEDS?

    After a detailed and thorough consultation call with our clients, we evaluate different factors and match candidates based on their experience, values, location and personality compatibility with the family as a potential employer.

  • WHAT QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE DO YOUR CAREGIVERS HAVE?

    All our caregivers must have at least three years of professional paid childcare experience before joining the agency.

  • HOW DO YOU VET AND SCREEN YOUR CHILDCARE PROVIDERS?

    We have a rigorous 10 step vetting process for our caregivers which includes but is not limited to, background checks, reference checks from past families, and three initial interviews.

  • ARE YOUR CAREGIVERS TRAINED IN CPR AND FIRST AID?

    Yes, they are and must keep their certification current in order to work with us

  • DO YOU OFFER LAST-MINUTE OR EMERGENCY CHILDCARE SERVICES?

    We require at least 24 hours’ notice for emergency requests.

  • WHAT AGE GROUPS DO YOUR CAREGIVERS SPECIALIZE IN?

    0 to 12 years of age.

  • DO YOU OFFER OVERNIGHT OR EXTENDED CARE SERVICES?

    Yes, this is a service we offer through our babysitting membership.

  • ARE YOUR CAREGIVERS AVAILABLE FOR TRAVEL OR VACATION CHILDCARE?

    Yes, travel nannies should be scheduled at least 30 days prior.

  • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING POLICY?

    We have 48 hours cancellation policy for babysitting bookings.

  • HOW DO YOU HANDLE FEEDBACK OR CONCERNS FROM PARENTS ABOUT THEIR CAREGIVERS?

    We always welcome feedback from our clients and are easily accessible to address any concerns that we might need to solve with the caregivers. We believe in open and honest communication. 

  • CAN I PAY MY BABYSITTER DIRECTLY OR IN CASH?

    No, all payments must be made through the agency and families should not compensate the babysitters in cash unless it is for tipping.
